The owners of this Wimberley estate came to us with a clear vision: they wanted a home that felt warm and alive in the evening, bright and energizing in the morning, and effortlessly private whenever they needed quiet. The architecture — warm limestone, exposed timber, and floor-to-ceiling glass — deserved a lighting design that honored every material.

We began with the lighting. Working alongside the architect before construction began, we mapped every fixture, every scene, and every shade position against the natural movement of sunlight through the day. The result is a home that breathes with the Hill Country light rather than fighting it.

Motorized shades manage glare, protect furnishings, and provide privacy without sacrificing the views the owners invested in. Lutron HomeWorks ties everything together — lighting, shades, and climate — through a single elegant system that the family controls with a single touch or no touch at all.

This West Austin residence was designed by a local architecture firm with a clear aesthetic: clean lines, warm materials, and abundant natural light. The owners wanted technology that matched that restraint — systems that worked seamlessly without drawing attention to themselves.

We designed a full-home automation system built around Control4, integrating lighting, audio, video, climate, security, and networking into a single cohesive experience. The family controls everything from elegant keypads, a dedicated app, or simply by walking into a room.

Enterprise-grade networking infrastructure from Ubiquiti and Access Networks ensures flawless connectivity throughout the home and across the property — supporting remote work, streaming, smart home devices, and security cameras without compromise.

This Dripping Springs property sits on a private hilltop with views stretching to the horizon. The owners wanted their outdoor spaces — pool, terrace, covered patio, and fire pit area — to feel as curated and comfortable as the interior of their home.

We designed a landscape lighting system that highlights the natural features of the property while creating distinct zones of ambiance from evening through late night. Sonance outdoor speakers deliver audiophile-quality sound that blends into the environment rather than competing with it.

Every outdoor zone — pool, terrace, kitchen, and fire pit — is independently controllable and part of the home's broader automation system. A single scene called "Sunset" activates the right lighting, music, and ambiance across the entire property as the Texas sky changes.

Situated within the exclusive Boot Ranch community outside Fredericksburg, this retreat was designed for a family seeking a second home that required zero effort to operate. Every system was designed to anticipate their needs — arriving to a home that's already set for their stay, and leaving knowing everything manages itself in their absence.

Lutron architectural lighting, motorized shades, and a full Lutron integration created an environment that shifts beautifully through the day without any manual input. The family experiences the home. The technology handles everything else.

The most ambitious lighting design project we've completed.

This 8,100 square foot estate in the Texas Hill Country wine region presented our team with the most complex architectural lighting challenge we've undertaken. The architecture — a collaboration between two regional firms — featured dramatic ceiling heights, custom millwork, and an art collection requiring museum-quality lighting precision.

We specified Ketra tunable fixtures throughout all primary living spaces, allowing the lighting to support the artwork, the architecture, and the owners' wellness simultaneously. Every fixture was aimed, adjusted, and calibrated after furniture placement to ensure materials and artwork were experienced exactly as the designer intended.
